Chef Janet Crandall began her culinary journey 20 years ago, attending the French Culinary Institute and was then recruited by FCI as Chef Instructor. Among her mentors, then colleagues were the kings of the culinary world, the esteemed Chef Jacques Pepin, Chef André Soltner, Chef Jacques Torres, Chef Cesare Casella and Chef Alain Sailhac
Chef Janet is an expert butcher and has worked for the famous Pat LaFrieda and served as the Executive Chef and Head Butcher for Wyebrook Farm a working farm, market, restaurant and events center in Honey Brook, PA.
Chef Janet is currently Chef Instructor at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, from which graduated some of the top chefs in the world.
