Gregg D. Hollister – Bass, harmonica, vocals
Gregg is a native of ‘upstate New Yorker’ and is a highly sought-after session vocalist, bassist and songwriter.
Chances are you’ve probably heard him several times already ‘on the air’… Some of his commercial studio work includes radio jingles for Kodak, Budweiser, Sony, MCI, JVC, Chanel#5, Coca Cola, Lifesavers, Mars Candy, Slinky, Rickel Home Centers, Club Med, Yamaha Motorcycles (Japan), Riva Motorcycles (Italy), Grand Union, Goldstar and Hertz Trucks….. Just to name a few!!!
Gregg’s soulful voice has been procured for ‘record projects’ as well, by several ‘industry-standard’ major producers like Andrew Loog Oldham (Rolling Stones), Sandy Linzer (Cory Daye, Savannah Band), Joe Delia (Buster Poindexter), Ron St. Germain (Creed, 311, Jagger, Ashford and Simpson), Phil Ramone (Phoebe Snow), Stan Vincent (5 Stairsteps), Ron Dante (Barry Manilow, The Archies), Tommy Mottola (Hall and Oates) and Al Kooper (Blood, Sweat and Tears, Lynrd Skynrd). Gregg has also toured with the likes of Vicki Sue Robinson, Cory Daye, Fatback, Frank Weber, David Spinozza, Phoebe Snow, Ben E. King, Al Kooper, Richie Havens and Rachel York (Les ‘Mis’). Hard to believe Gregg still has the time be ‘Kootiful’!
You’ve probably heard GH on the small screen too… TV work includes a stint with the ‘house band’ for Uncle Floyd’s NBC show in the 80’s as well as work for PBS and kids shows for Gary Haberman Productions. Film score work has found Gregg on the big screen (or is it big speaker?) for such films as Abel Ferrar’s ‘The Bad Lieutennant’ with Harvey Keitel and ‘The Driller Killer’.
Over the years Mr. H. has also played with such diverse artists as Willy Bridges (King Curtiss), Tico Torres (Bon Jovi), Ellie Greenwich (Leader of The Pack / off-Broadway with Paul Shaffer), Jimmy Vivino (Conan O’Brien), Mike Shrieve (Santana), Leon Russell, John Dawson (Strawbs), Vince Martell (Vanilla Fudge), Mark McMillen (Bobby Caldwell), and Andy Newmark (John Lennon, Roxy Music).
Gregg is a resident of Vernon, NJ and has two lovely daughters, Ashley and Alexa. His daughter Ashley recently toured with the American progressive rock band Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
Brian Drux is a singer, guitarist and songwriter with 3 albums available on all streaming services. When not singing his own songs, Brian is an interpreter of the song. Whether it’s a classic by the Rolling Stones or Al Green, he makes the song his own, with a combination of Blue Eyed Soul and plain old rock and roll.
